This past weekend, I embarked on a 3 show run, throughout the lower half of Ohio. It went well, and I can’t wait to do it again.  Hopefully the band can tag along, this next go ’round. Until then, I’ll be forever indebted to the ones who always help along the way, buy the merchandise, and listen to this wackadoo’s songs.

P.S. Songs that have been really conquering my soul as of late are:

Neil Young (or even, the indomitable Linda Ronstadt’s version) – Love Is a Rose.

Paul Simon – The Obvious Child

Kris Kristofferson – Jesus Was a Capricorn (Owed to John Prine, for good reason)

Blind Willie Mctell – Statesboro Blues

P.P.S. Books doing the same:

Hell’s Angel: The Life and Times of Sonny Barger – Sonny Barger

Of Mice and Men – John Steinbeck

Post Office – Charles Bukowski

Recording: In Progress

I’ve been recording for the entirety of last week, and I’ve still a few songs to go. But things are going great. I’m really proud of what we’ve got, and I can’t wait to share it. I’m going to need your help on it, soon though. But I’ll get to that, later. As for now, Brian “Budly” Dickman was kind enough to stop by Little Elephant to take some pictures. Until later, enjoy!
